Took some extra Rest days this week

060725 Rest Day

060726 With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I completed these on the Total Gym Level 10 +30 pounds did 7 minutes then dropped the 30 pounds and did 8 more Pullups.
