I might have gotten a few more, but I was right at the 20 min mark on the last round, and these are two of my weakest points Running and Pull-ups.

I am getting better with the jump rope.

I Started to do 10x1 Fronts Squats, but was feeling very unsafe after

Without bumper plates and by myself I decided to play it safe.
