Deadlift/KTE/Box Jumps

Did at home and was much slower than everyone posted at the gym. Hopefully I will find out that I pulled too much weight on the Deadlift. KTE were the best I have ever done, but grip was ruined from deadlifts and they were on my rings so it was hard to string them together. Box jumps were on my porch steps.

Run 5k

Shoulder is still bugging me a little today so I decided to try 5k, in place of yesterday's 10k I missed.

The farthest I have recently attempted was 2.5k about a year and a half ago I did in 19 min with lots of walking.

I completed 5k today in 34:18 with only 100-200m of walking today for quick breaths.
