20 Walking lunge steps
15 Pull-ups (On Total Gym Level 10 + 20 pounds)
35 Box jumps, 18 inch box
20 dips
20 Kettlebell swings, 50 pounds
20 Sit-ups
15 Hang squat cleans, 25 pound dumbells
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
12 Towel Pullups (on total gym level 7

Finished in ~20 min. I was going for 15 towel pullups, but got interupted by a patient and was unable to finish my workout or to have an exact time. Excellent work though.
