Pack:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
3 Pull-ups( Total Gym Level 10+20pounds)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Completed 13 Rounds, which is down from 17 Rounds last time, but Pullups were on Total Gym instead of Jumping and I am fighting some sinus congestion so some of the time was spent hacking.
