9/23/06 Lunge/Run/Squat

Ego is quite possibly the most evil thing there is. When I first saw the WOD I thought hey I have been getting better I may be able to pull this one off. Well I did. After 19:54 I finally completed a 100m Lunge, 800m Run and 100 Squats. You know in my condition after 100m of Walking Lunges your quadriceps are no longer functioning muscles. I am still sore on Monday.
