Pull-ups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I did pull-ups on the Total Gym Level 10 +30 pounds 1-7 then dropped to +20 pounds 1-5 Finally dropped to +10 pounds 1-3

compared to 0726
I completed these on the Total Gym Level 10 +30 pounds did 7 minutes then dropped the 30 pounds and did 8 more Pullups.
