I laddered up with pullups today, since I don't have the space or equipment to effectively complete the WOD.
I started with 2 sets of 5 of OHS and Pushups, then to the Total Gym on Level 10 with 50 pounds added and Laddered up to 4 reps with an equal number of dips in between sets. Then dropped down to 40 pounds and again laddered up to 4 with equal number of dips. Finally dropped down to 20 pounds and laddered up to 4 reps with equal number of pushups.
