Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
3 Pull-ups( Total Gym Level 10 + 40 pounds)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Completed 9 Rounds in 13 minutes. compared to 13 rounds last time with 20 pounds on Total Gym. Not bad comparison considering I only got about 5 hours sleep last night. I am still disgusted with my perfomance. I know I am too critical of myself and I cannot expect to be at a higher level so quickly, just disgusted that I let myself get this bad to begin with.
