Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

I only have access to 70 pounds of Barbell weights at this time, so I did 5x5 of 70 pounds, plus 3 on the last set. Because of the low weight I should have done more reps like 10x5 but I wanted to do some KB work. So I did 8 minutes of 30 sec on and 30 sec rest with 1 pood alternating Right and Left one hand swings for 16,16,16,16,15,15,12,12 Reps.


Took the kids to the park and did some chinups including 1 almost dead hang immediately followed by 2 more kips. Then I attempted more handstands and actually held one for about 2-3 seconds.
