I did 200m walking lunges first in 10:10 and 193 steps.
Then rested 5 min and did a modified
“Lynne”
Five rounds for max reps of:
Push-ups
Jumping Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds
Push-ups 18,10,9,8,7
J Pull-ups 6,5,3,3,3
